We specialize in making your events, parties, and family gatherings special with our select and customizable menu that is built around the Lowcountry traditions of kindness, joy, and celebration.  We are sandlappers with a passion for local foods, and we procure only local seafood, vegetables, and meats to the maximum extent feasible.  (Hard to get local oysters outside of harvest season as you might expect....)

We have been told time and again our oyster roasts, BBQ, and Lowcountry boils are "the best ever had".  These focused events give us a unique opportunity to really go bold and never settle for mediocre.   We are consistently reminded of how great our food is, but it is not the recognition we seek, it is the level of excellence we seek to employ for you.  At the heart of our business is having fun and serving you so you can in turn have fun!  We will create incredible food so you can create incredible memories.

Our prices do at times fluctuate.  We will lock in price prior to any engagement and ensure our customers have a "no surprises" experience.  

As momma said:  Only when invited!   Oyster roasts and Lowcountry boils really have to be done on location.  We take care of all the setup, preparation, serving and subsequent clean up.
