Pronounced "PER-low", a classic southern dish with chicken, smoked sausage, and rice with other accompaniments. Similar to jambalaya but without the tomatoes and peppers. Our sausages are smoked for over 8 hours to drive this dish to perfection.

Deep Fried Turkey brined in cayenne and brown sugar (or agave/ monkfruit). Super moist with a perfect crisp outside steeped in thyme and garlic with a hint of secret perfection.
BBQ or Not Mac N Cheese
We can swing this any way you like, but we prefer to top our artisan mac and cheese with a solid portion of pulled pork BBQ, or sliced brisket if you prefer. We have even had requests for grilled shrimp topped Mac and Cheese. $5/topping.

"I'd eat my shoe if he put that cocktail sauce on it!" Yep we heard that too. This is very fun for crowds and highly customizable. Available with mushrooms, scallops and crab, but also in the standard Lowcountry (shrimp, sausage, potato, corn) blends. Heat levels can be modified from mild to Cajun heat.
